However what if the Industry is not solely for the graduates of these degrees? What if aside from consideration given to graduates of other courses, graduates of these directly aligned courses are not prioritized? Does this mean these degree courses are not worth it? This study carefully analyzed the necessity of Bachelor’s Degrees in Tourism and Hospitality Management through the viewpoint of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Results show that a baccalaureate in Tourism and Hospitality Management is not necessary in establishing some well-to-do career in the Industry, particularly in the accommodation, food and beverage, and air transport sectors, and is just an advantage and additional credential, as human resource managers and staffs of Hotels, Restaurants, and Airlines do not see it as a requirement. It was also found out that the aforementioned field is a major contributor to job mismatch and the probable cause of the unemployment of graduates of the degrees. Nevertheless, the Accommodation Sector compared to the Food and Beverage, and Air Transport Sectors has been determined to likely recognize Bachelor’s Degrees in Tourism and Hospitality most as they put more weight to College Degrees than what the two sectors do, thus, degree holders in the mentioned studies are more likely on succeeding in the Industry granting that a hotel work is opted, while the food and beverage sector is less recommended as an employer.<#LINE#>Commission on Higher Education, Memorandum Order No. 62, Series of 2017, https://ched.gov.ph/cmo-62-s-2017/. 2017@undefined@undefined@No$Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) Editors. In this study, the researcher analyzed the editorial cartoons published in the Indian national dailies i.e. The Hindu and Deccan Chronicle. The researcher adopted continuous month method of sampling is used to obtain the results. The editorial cartoons of 180 editions of 90 issues per newspaper have been analyzed. The examination additionally talks about how the editorial cartoons can beautify the structure’s divergence/uniqueness with the news agenda of the publication in a conceptual approach. The study reveals that editorial cartoons performed a fundamental part in archiving, criticizing and mirroring the social and policy centered issues. The substance investigation strategy, to distinguish the subject categories contained in cartoon delineations in the newspapers the method content analysis was used.<#LINE#>Dalke Anne. Loan becomes non-performing when it doesn’t have any periodic return and principal repayment. Bangladesh is faster economic country where banking industry is considered as second largest industry. The study aims to identify the facts both bank and macro precise behind then on performing (NPL) of the banks in Bangladesh. Data from 2012 to 2016 have been assessed for five selected banks of Bangladesh. The study found that NPL of the Sonali Bank is highest in position followed by other sample banks. The growth of the nonperforming loan is higher for the BASIC Bank and lowest growth is for Sonali Bank. Finally by using simple regression model the study founds that among 8 variables capital adequacy and asset management have undesirable significant effect on non-performing loan of sample banks where loan to deposit, profitability, inflation rate and unemployment rate have positive significant on non-performing loan.<#LINE#>Zheng, C., Bhowmik, P. One of the significant causes behind this hazard is the geological nature of the river bank. Geologically river bank of the study area is very weak. The nature of river bank soil textural composition has been measured by basis parameters analysis and mechanical analysis of soil and its erodibility level. Sieve analyses has been done on all collected soil samples and determine uniformity coefficient, coefficient of gradation and sorting coefficient as basic parameters, nature of soil through mechanical analysis of particles after Folk and Worst method and the degree of soil erodibility through Bouyoucos Erodibility Index and ROM scale after ROslan and Mazidah. The results show that the erodibility levels become high to moderate condition along middle to lower extension of left bank line and relatively low along upper extension according to ROM scale. Nature of soil along left bank is dominantly sandy in nature which promotes vulnerable condition of river bank sites. Basic parameters of soil and its mechanical analysis also reveals that unstable condition exist along river bank line but instability condition is increasing from upper to lower segment of bank line. So risk of river bank failure can be measured by determining textural composition of soil.<#LINE#>Camporeale, C., Perucca, E., Ridolfi, L. & Gurnell, A.M. This group, however, still suffers from many health issues that can jeopardize their mental health. The present study was carried out to examine the impact of group reminiscence on the mental health of elderly men residing in the 13th district of Kabul. The research method was quasi-experimental including pre-test and post-test with a control group. All elderly and retired men living in the 13th district of Kabul were the statistical population of this study.16 men were selected(those who were eligible for the study and scored above 50 on the GHQ-28 mental health test). Out of 30 elderly men selected by convenience sampling method. Then the participants were paired and placed into experimental and control groups (8 participants for each group) according to the score of the questionnaire (pre-test) and demographic components. The participants in the experimental group took part in 10 sessions of reminiscences while no intervention was offered to the control group. At the end, the mental health questionnaire (post-test) was implemented in both groups and the pre-test and post-test data were analyzed by the MANCOVA. The group reminiscence contributed to a significant reduction in physical symptom components of elderly men in the experimental group (physical symptoms P = 0.02, anxiety P = 0.01, social dysfunction P = 0.100 and depression P = 0.000). Group reminiscence method can improve the mental health components of elderly men and can be used as an effective, inexpensive, and accessible method.<#LINE#>Mattay, Venkata, S., Goldberg, Terry, E., Sambataro, Fabio., Weinberger and Danie, R. Learning the other rules and formulas of mathematics involves learning the use of a bracket. Binding is useful in both arithmetic and algebra if the bracket is not used properly, the value of the mathematical result is completely changed. The concept of this bracket is inserted into the students while learning school-based mathematics. So at the beginning of the bracket learning process, school-based textbooks, curriculum and teachers are of great importance. The methodology of the proposed study is based on document-based analysis. This study employed including studying international and national journals, library consultation, expert opinion, online journals, periodical, newspapers and documents. Finally, the researcher suggested the importance, precaution, and effectiveness of using brackets in arithmetic.<#LINE#>National Centre for Educational Research and Training (2006).@Position paper of the National Focus Group on the Teaching of Mathematics.@Retrieved from www.ncert.nic.in/html/pdf/schoolcurriculum/position papers/math.pdf.@No$Das, K. Health wise, these women remain mostly anemic and remain the last member of their household to eat and receive any medical attention. In lieu of the background, the broad objectives of the study is to examine how women’s living and working conditions mediate their experiences of gynecological morbidities. It is an exploratory study that aims at understanding the process of decision making by a woman to undergo hysterectomy. In doing so the study focuses on the narratives of each woman about their experiences of illness, using an in-depth interview checklist. It follows the case history approach to take an account of their life experience vis a vis respective families and experience at the medical facility, involving first visit, following consultations etc. It is revealed in the study that discomfort due to menstruation cause hindrance in their day to day activities. It is also known that reasons such as past experience of multiple home births with lack of resources and proper care leads to uterine prolapsed which forms a prominent symptom warranting hysterectomy. The other morbidities include abdominal pain, white discharge, heavy menstrual bleeding and Pelvic inflammatory disease.<#LINE#>Heyman, J. C., Kelly, P. L., Reback, G. M., & Blumenstock, K. H. In case of goods and services consumption + savings will always be equal to consumption + Investment in long run because goods can either be consumed or saved for future consumption or invested. With paper currency Savings need not be identical to investment as savings could be used for speculative activities. The dichotomy of savings and investment was demonstrated by Keynes in his general theory. Saving is one decision made by household and is a function of Income. Investment is a decision of investor and is a function of interest rate and marginal efficiency of capital. Thus, economic growth which is a function of investment could be impacted if more and more savings could be channelized into investment. Mobilizing savings with efficiency and channelizing in to investment depends on financial sector. Modern Economists believe that an efficient financial sector is a precondition to economic growth. Financial sector comprises of various financial institutions, markets and Instruments. In most developed countries Mutual Fund Institutions with a large number of instruments have become an important vehicle of mobilizing and channelizing savings into productive and profitable investment. In this paper the researcher has tried to analyse growth of savings and investment in India since 1991. Part I of the paper presents the overview of gross domestic savings and gross domestic investment in India since 1991. Part II of the paper analyzes different forms of financial saving in India and financial sector growth. Part III of the paper analyzes the role of Mutual Fund Industries in promoting investment. Part IV deals with main findings and conclusions.<#LINE#>Gupta Poonam (2019).@India Development Update, India’s Growth Story.@World Development Report.@Yes$Chaudhary Roy, Dutta Uma and Bagchi Amaresh (1988).@Domestic Savings in India, Trends and Issues.@ISBN 0-7069-5397-5.@No$Kale Jayant and Panchapagesan Venkatesh (2012).@Indian mutual fund industry: Opportunities and challenges.@IIMB Management Review, 24, 245e258.@Yes$Zafar, S. He served as the Chief Minister of Odisha for two terms in 1961 and 1990 and Minister of Steel, Mines and Coals in the Central Cabinet of Morarji Desai from March 1977, to Jan 1980. He was responsible for laying the basic infrastructure for development of Odisha. So many industrial Developments took place under the banner of Biju Patnaik. His role to rescue Sultan Sjahrir of Indonesia and Kashmir Problem of 1947, were two commendable achievements of that great leader. His contribution in different areas is matchless. He will be remembered forever by Odia people.<#LINE#>Joshi Dina Krushna (2010).@Biju Patnaik: The Legendary Hero.@Orissa Review, February/March, Issue -2, pp.53-54.@No$Bio data of Chief Minister of Orissa (2004).@Reference Annual.@p.192.@No$Behera Hullasa (1998).@The Legendary Pilot and Live-ware Politicians.@Gitanjali Padihari Publication, Faridabad, pp. 127-131.@No$Ghosh Sunit (1978).@Orissa in Turmoil.@Sankha Publication, Calcutta, pp.89-93.@No$Mohanty K.P.
