Abstract

The dielectric behaviour of polyaniline has been investigated in the frequency range 100Hz to 500KHz and at temperature 20oC and 30oC respectively. The parameters capacity, permittivity, dielectric loss and dissipation factor have been calculated. The frequency and temperature dependence of these parameters have been qualitatively explained on the basis of hopping of electrons.
