\n			I am pleased to inform you that an International Science congress Association has been established to reveal your valuable research to the scientific world. Research Journal of Chemical Sciences is beginning its journey of publication with this first online issue. It is observed how rapidly this field of chemical sciences is changing and yet still remains relevant to new developments and discoveries. Over the past two decades, there has been a marked shift in a way scientific journals are published and disseminated. Gone is the reliance on the print versions of most journals, everything is now available online therefore increased competition for the publication of scientific research has lead to an increased emphasis on determining the perceived quality or status of a journal.  Research Journal of Chemical Sciences signifies a confluence of diverse streams of chemistry to stir up the cerebral powers of its contributors and readers. By introducing this journal, we humbly intend to provide an open platform to all researchers, academicians and readers to show case their ideas and research findings among the people of their own fraternity. This journal seeks to embody the spirit of equity and innovation to augment the richness of existing chemistry literature and theories. Several of the developments at chemistry have been geared to increasing the visibility of the papers that we published to ensure that the authors receive the recognition they deserve.
